Staffing

In today's changing world, higher demands are placed on the organization and the employees. We have created five group dynamic exercises focusing on the following areas: Involvement, Trust, Communication and Cooperation.

The hunt for Görväln

Fast-paced team competition suitable for all groups. Each team receives a booklet and a duffel bag with various materials and a camera, and must solve as many tasks as possible under time pressure. The assignments make different demands on the group's abilities and can consist of, for example, brain teasers, questions about Görväln, finding places and passwords, bonus competitions, photo assignments, making something, etc.

Ice sculpting

Ice sculpting is a relaxed and creative activity that creates a nice team spirit for the participants. Ice is a living material and together with its ability to refract light, makes it a really fun experience! This creative activity can be carried out all year round.

Music Experience

Music Experience is a team competition where participants can enjoy music and answer questions during the coffee break or pre-drink. While the music is playing, the teams are fed questions about artists from the 70s to today. The key to victory depends largely on how well you work together.

Segway course

The Segway is an electric vehicle that balances on its own with technology including gyros and tilt sensors. Driving a Segway is easy! Challenge your colleagues in a scrambling team relay.

Segway shooting

Challenge your colleagues in a scrambling team relay. You are divided into teams of 4-6 people, where each team gets a Segway. Each person runs a loop before entering the firing range. Five shots must be fired with specially made electronic rifles corresponding to real biathlon rifles. For each miss, a penalty round must be run before switching.

Code Break

Full of energy from the first minute. 30 codes are hidden in your surroundings, find them and unlock tricky missions! Code Break is a fast-paced activity where you get to work in teams and use your cooperation skills under time pressure.

Position Unknown

In Position Unknown, the group is faced with challenges that require a well-thought-out communicative strategy, and where certain tools for effective communication are made clear. Position Unknown is a team competition that involves finding as many controls as possible in a limited time. Rarely does the team with the best physical ability win!

Escape Game

Escape Game is an interactive and intuitive reality-based game. The colleagues have 60 minutes to solve tricky puzzles and questions to successfully get out of the room, which is virtual. The teams are constantly given new assignments that all vary in difficulty, which can be solved sequentially or in parallel.

Laser clay pigeon shooting

See what the employees go for, the shooting guarantees unsuspected competitive instincts. Laser clay pigeon shooting is the ultimate activity for groups who want to compete in shooting. We use modified shotguns that fire an infrared beam at the plastic pigeon that is fired.
